Crankies are stuffed with 100% polyester fill. Materials vary with the pal; most are made of felt, but some are made of unique materials like PVC and receiving blankets. A few even have hair or fur. Check the description of your favorite Cranky to see the specs.

All pals are appropriate for small children, though we encourage you to double-check to be sure the materials are acceptable for your target audience. We’re willing to accomodate special requests, so if you’d like a little tweak to the design of your pal, let us know!

Once your order has been placed, it takes a little while to make your Cranky Pal by hand – about 2 or 3 weeks is the average. Sometimes we can put a rush on an order; please contact us if you’re working with a deadline (for a birthday or similar) and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

We charge $5.00 for up to two crankies, $10.00 for three or more. BellyButtons and shirts (except those sold through Zazzle) are shipped at a flat fee of $5.00. We send all our orders via USPS Priority Mail.
